Location less than 10 min by walk from center. Safe and calm vibe in Valladolid, super peaceful. 2 minutes walk from daily market and supermarkets. 5 minutes walk from Cenote Zaci if you like to visit. Alex is a great host and will make anything to make you feel home. I like the fact that there is a kitchen after ling time travelling, got my clothes clean and had the bike for a day as a offer package. Highly recommended. In love with Valladolid plus strategic point for Chichen Itza and many Cenotes.
Gracias Alex :)

We loved our weekend at Villas Vallazoo. Beautiful grounds, room and pool. We ate several meals in the restaurant and all were delicious. All of the staff were very kind. It was so peaceful at night, and the fireflies were amazing! Our daughter (21 months) loved feeding the fish, turtles and birds, playing on the playgrounds, and just running around in nature.

Great location. Nice hot showers. Staff is very friendly and have lots of helpful tips about sightseeing cenotes and ruins in the area as well as transportation for them. Really beautiful unique hostel. Was recommended to stay here by another backpacker I met in a different city. Really glad I listened to the recommendation. Would stay here again!

Quiet hostel well-located and with very nice staff
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
We had a really good stay. The hotel is a 20-minute walk away from the city center, which we liked because it's more quiet. The backyard has a lot of plants and palms, which creates a good atmosphere. The breakfast was really good with fruits and joghurt, granola, good coffee, and roasted bread with marmalade. We felt very welcome :) The staff was very charming. We'd come back.
Lovely stay for a couple of nights. Simple, spacious and clean rooms with love for detail and a beautiful, lush garden with a small pool. Great location just 10 min by foot to the city center and the bus station. Valladolid is a charming small town and a close location if you would like to visit Chichen Itza.
Very clean and nice, spacious room and very comfortable bed, very quiet, nice common area with free coffee in the morning. Great location, close to the city center, nice coffee shops and restaurants, bakeries, bike rentals and literally 2 minutes walk from the bus station.
Great location in quiet area of town.
Very comfortable with everything you need.
Lovely garden with pool for relaxing.
Communications with the hosts was great.
Vivyana and Toon, were so friendly and helpful.
The hostel is in the city centre, but on a quiet street so you can barely hear cars or music from bars and restaurants.
The common areas are lovely, perfect place to chill after a day exploring the area. You can use the outdoor the kitchen and have dinner in the garden, or walk to the main square, five minutes away, to enjoy food one of the main restaurants and food carts there.
The staff was very nice and helpful, ready to help with anything, from organising tours to renting scooters.
Would definitely recommend
Casa de los pajaros is not just a place where to stay but a place that makes you feeling at home when you are abroad. The breakfast is delicious and different every morning. The garden is a little and colorful corner of jungle.
Cesare is a great host, always helpful and super friendly. He made our stay there better.
Finally there are 2 little dogs hanging around in the garden area, that are so sweet.
The place is just 20 minutes walking from the city centre.
An ideal place to visit Valladolid and the surrounding area. We were there for 4 days, went to Coba, Chichen Itza and the north coast and our stay was marvellous. Big house with lots of room, a big swimming pool and a very helpful and friendly host. The house is part of a domain that is situated a few kilometers outside Valladolid and hence is so very quiet. And again very close to the charming city centre.
