i enjoyed my stay. it's...not for long term. it's basically a hostel for people waiting for the next flight out of toluca. and it does have very good restaurants. just have cash money on you, because the taxis and even if you're brave enough - the buses - i'll finish this in the complaints
Asked for the 🔝 floor and got it! The staff is helpful and polite. The room was nice and clean. Everything in the city center is within walking distance.
cozy bed and bed sheets, 3min walk to the main street in the city centre, clean, free drinking water, terrace with view at the volcano. the staff helped us with information getting to Nevado de Toluca, we took an Uber to the entrance of the park and from there a camioneta that seem to run weekdays and weekends.
