My husband stayed here on New Year's Eve. The front desk man called a few times, speaking very good English, to help him find the hotel. The front desk man was very kind and helpful. The room was small and clean and the hotel was located in a safe area. The price was very reasonable and he got good value.
As a disclaimer, I didn't see the hotel, only heard about it through my husband and spoke with the front desk person.

The location is excellent, only about a five minute walk to zocolo (centro). The staff here were fantastic offering lots of help. Wonderfully clean quiet room.i will recommend this hotel to my friends.

The room and location were great yes lots of steps not a problem for us. Really lovely neighborhood a reasonable walk to beach and a few restaurants. The dogs were busy but not a problem. Nice to have a fridge in the room although freezer didn't consistently freeze.

Bright, clean and spacious rooms. Very effective a/c system was a valued relief from the heat outside. Good location in the centre of town with easy access to shops and restaurants. A short 5 minute bus journey to the beaches. Beautiful friendly cats in the florist below!

Location was great so 20 metre walk to La Bocana beach and 10 min drive to bustling La Crucecita town. Chiara and Alfredo were absolutely amazing hosts, giving a very family approach helping with anything we needed. Suite had everything we needed, air con was great, kitchen had all we needed for cooking our own meals, also the shower had great hot water. Also had beach tents for shade and towels for beach. Suite was cleaned throughout our stay as well.
Chiara and Alfredo are excellent hosts, always kind, attentive, and accommodating. The room is bright, modern, beautifully decorated, and clean. The patio was amazing and the bed is comfortable. Very effective air conditioner and ceiling fan. The surfing beach is right down the road and there are several restaurants to choose from.
Me and my boyfriend had a lovely stay here for two nights. The hosts were really nice and helpful. Also the place is beautiful and quiet. Back to basic, but everything essential you need is there! Also loved the beautiful cats :) We'll definitely come back next time we visit Mexico.
