Antonio, the owner, was very accommodating. The place was clean, and the location is a 15 - 20 min walk from the entrance to the pyramids. He went in the rain to change money for me and even drove me at 4am to MEX airport (economically), so I couldn't have asked for a better host.

Terrace with pyramid view, amazing and helpful personnel. Teotihuacan is in general expensive, so suggest to walk to the village center market where you can find fresh fruits, juices and breakfast much cheaper than in cafe area by the pyramids.
Great Location, near the pyramids and downtown. Super friendly staff, they made our stay very comfortable.
We had an issue with the hot water, they changed us to a cheaper room and reimbursed the difference. The next day we were transferred to our original room with Jacuzzi without additional charges.
