The little Casita that we stayed in was private, clean and fully screened in.
Had a little outside kitchenette and Carla brought us a hot plate & pans so we could do a little cooking.
The bed was comfortable. Fans were provided. Zoila, the cleaning lady was very accommodating and Caesar, the maintenance guy was really nice.
Great little pool for cooling off in the afternoon.
Close proximity to the main road - down a steep hill. Walking distance to Mazunte.
Had our pet fix as there were a few cats around that came and visited as well as Carla and her dog. ❤️

Castillo Oasis is a lovingly custom built "castle" created with architectural elements of the area (such as thatch roofs and wooden terraces). There are nice details all over the place, such as gemstone or sea shells in the walls. The whole place creates a super relaxed atmosphere. The beach is just a 2min walk away and you have restaurants and a small shop right outside the door. The noise level was OK, no loud bars or anything that kept us up at night. The owner is super friendly and very eager to help with tips around your trip. She also helped us book a whale watching tour where we saw dolphins, whales and turtles. I can recommend the place and would stay there again.

Being up in the trees and away from the hustle and bustle of Mazunte. The terrace was a great place to relax (with the friendly cats!) and we loved cooking in the very well-equipped kitchen. It was only a short walk to Mermejito beach for excellent sunsets.

A unique place, a little bit removed from the beach but its not a problem - there is a lot of green here. The object is quite comfortable, with mosquitieras enveloping both beds we had (one king-size and one smaller one). For a pair - great place with a lot of nature and still close to the beach(playa del amor the closest). It offers privacy with the way windows are made and how rooms are situated, which both me and the lady appreciated more than once ;)

A beautiful lodge in a great location right on the beach. The balcony with deck chairs and hammock overlooking the beach was just stunning.

It was a very nice place and a great value for the money. Peaceful, quiet, comfortable, and removed from the busyness of the main road. Wonderful, helpful staff. I appreciated the environmentally conscious approach to water use. Relaxing and charming patio space. Sweet cat and a couple of pups who were always happy to pay a visit.
