I cannot say enough great things about this place. I was in Puebla for a few days with an expat friend who was receiving medical treatment. I slept there one night which was very clean and comfortable. The rest of my time in Puebla I slept at the hospital with my friend but knowing that this place was there for me to return to every day to shower and rest and knowing that my belongings were safety looked after made a world of difference to me.
The staff was so welcoming to me every morning when I returned. It was so helpful for me to see their smiling faces after spending nights on the floor in the hospital. Thank you so much for all that you have done. I will never forget it.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Great hostel/hotel that has both private and shared rooms. The building is amazing and it is located right in the center. Perfect location to go visit Puebla. The rooms are new and very comfortable. Value for money is very high. Also, it has a very nice bar/restaurant attached to the building for drinks and food (and breakfast). The staff is super nice and there are activities every day that can be booked in order to discover the local scene (walking tours, food tours, etc). Highly recommended!
Great location, staff (lovely, friendly & helpful), clean room, big kitchen, roof area and chill out court room. Close to the supermarket and local fresh fruit & veg market!
The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. When there was an issue with the balcony door in my room that couldn't be fixed immediately, they upgraded me to a different room. The Aircon wasn't cool enough so on request an additional fan was provided. Balcony views to the street were incredible. Great location right in the city centre. Restaurant serves good breakfast.
Ideal location steps from the main square and cathedral
If you get a good deal very good value for money ( it was almost cheaper than hostel when I stayed).
Clean and big room with good air con.
Fantastic spot in a great location! We loved the atmosphere at the hostel, and the facility was superb! Walking around town was great too - very close to all the great things in Puebla! There were ample tours and activities available, and the common areas were super comfortable and inviting. The hostel bar/restaurant was also great! Really loved our stay here and would absolutely come back again!
Great location not far from the old town, surrounded by good food and bar options, lots of culture to explore and immerse yourself in. Great hosts, more of a homestay vibe than anything, the entrance and key situation is not a problem as others have mentioned (and I am particular). Very quiet, comfortable bed and clean bathroom.
