I am an 80 year old woman traveling alone. I picked this property because of the reviews knowing little about Morelia. I loved my stay here… the staff was welcoming and always helpful. Answers to my questions were a “WhatsApp” away. My room was spotless, large, comfortable with a walk in shower. Not noisy. The hotel shares a space with an optical shop and a dentist and is located in a careless alley which is a market during the day. In front of the hotel are stalls selling traditional pottery from areas around Patzcuaro. There is a large park and a beautiful church just down the alley. It is walkable to everywhere in the central city. There is public transportation if you can figure out where the vans go. I would stay here again on my next trip to Morelia. Communication was excellent.

Convenient place with an adequate room size and comfortable bed. Hot water in shower
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Everything about the hotel was excellent, all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. It has a great location, central to all of the city’s main sights.
Our room was very quiet and comfortable, a very good size.
A major plus was that we had hot water, a problem that we have experienced in a few other properties, all that were much more expensive.
Breakfast and the gifts were an extra plus.
Highly recommend this hotel.
It is really cheap for a single room with separate bathroom with this price, especially in the insanely expensive Moreila! They have comfy bed and hot water with the well-equipped kitchen. If you want to have a quiet stay for a night or two, this will be a perfect choice.
Excellent location and good value for money. We rented two rooms, one had two floors and can host up to 4 people as there are two bathrooms and two double beds. Continental breakfast is included. There serve fresh fruit with yogurt, coffee, juice, bread with butter and jam. Very helpful staff and silent environment.
Lovely B&B in the centre of the city yet very peaceful and quiet. Very friendly host and a nice continental breakfast. This colonial style accommodation had a really pretty inner courtyard complete with a wonderful orange tree and the living room area was decorated with pretty antique furniture as well! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a perfect location and a good nights sleep!
Cozy, gigantic bed and smart TV in our room for a really cheap price!
The communal kitchen is really well equipped and clean.
Overall everything very clean, location is practical and quiet at night, terrace is nice, check-in had really good instructions and was easy and quick!
We didn't want to leave. :D
Good value. Location is excellent, i like this charming old building, the room is quaint and charming, drinking water is provided in hall, room is quiet nearly all the time, shower water is hot after you run it for a while, staff are good to deal with. Great cafes nearby.
