Everything. Breakfast was exceptional. I am a vegetarian/not vegan and there were two hard boiled eggs for me, cheese, fruits, yogurt, delightful little pastries (most hotels only have sweet breads) coffee, tea, juice, toast/jam. Room and building design was beautiful. Beds and bedding super comfortable, crisp and clean. Shower head a dream. I love Coyacan and San Angel so the location is great for me. But the best was the loving, kind, care, attention and service of the staff.

The room was clean and there was a very friendly house dog and two cats to pet. There are a number of comfortable patios and many beautiful plants everywhere. Property is on a gated street and feels very safe as did the neighborhood.
I think this property is suited to a younger or very short term traveler as it had a hostel feel.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
This is a wonderfull place to relax and chill. Great views, Great location and the most value a very quiet place. I love it, and next time in Mexico this will be home. I hope return soon. Thanks a lot to the host and the crew to provide a better experience that i expected here in Mexico.
Great location, perfect to explore the city. Nice hostel Atmosphere with a boutique hotel
Feeling. Big private rooms, clean. Terrace on the top floor great to relax and having fun with all the activities organized from the hostel. Great breakfast options.
The room was spotless clean, the sheets crisp and the towels/robes fluffy! Great location in a quiet neighbourhood. Hosts really attentive and quick to respond.
The location is perfect for the airport: a short walk away, which in the end we felt comfortable walking even with our suitcases, as the street feels calm and the right amount of busy. The room was charming, comfortably-sized and with an armchair! Kitchen facilities would be useful for a longer stay, although we only stayed one night so didn't need them. The building itself had a lot of charm: no anonymous hotel here! The street and building were both pretty quiet, especially for the location. The host is friendly, capable, and organised.
We had a room with private bathroom, it was a great Hostel feeling with benefits! Great location right in the center of the city and perfect to explore everywhere, nice program and activities offered at the reception. We did the Air Balloon and it was amazing! Food and drinks are also very good!
Loved the suburb and the boutique hotel and breakfast was fabulous. The hosts were fabulous at communication and helpful for advice on dinners/transport. The location is great and quiet with great restaurants just across the way
Great location, maybe 10 min from the city center walking through nice narrow streets. super clean rooms and they provided a QUILT which was super important for me (i was freezing there at night in January). During my second stay in Mexico city i stayed there again. Free water and kitchen facilities. Bright rooms, nice roof top, pretty living room on the first floor , always empty. super quiet hostel almost in the city center.
