Definitely staff. They’re friendly and attentive. From check in to check out, they offered little but nice extra perks. We arrived late at night and the guard in charge made sure we made it safely to the room upstairs, and that our car was parked in a safe spot.

This place is really special, and beautiful, the people who run the place and living there, the energy - like a small community. came in a day that was cacao ceremony and they all welcomed me to join and it was so much fun to sing around the fire. Also came with my leg injured and the really helped me and took care of me. The place is close to the centre but still far enough to be quiet and chill.

Really loved my stay at Casa Arcos! Great room, great property and really nice people. I was visiting in Tepotzlán for a few nights and could not have picked a better place.
