We arrived le Rosier from the airport very tired after a long trip in the afternoon. The beds were not ready and had no sheets. We had reserved 2 rooms and paid for 5 nights for both. The staff insisted on putting us 2 adult ladies in 1 room. After a long argument we had to share the one room. We contacted the listed WhatsApp number and after a very long wait the person we spoke to sent.a message that it was a mistake and that we had separate rooms. They still did not resolve the issue the next day and we cancelled one of the rooms and requested a refund. We decided to leave the hotel. We are still waiting for a refund. Very very disappointed. Not worth it at all. NOT RECOMMENDED. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

The villa exceeded our expectations and gave a complete luxurious vibe. The property was maintained meticulously clean with all the necessary appliances for a very comfortable stay. We chose this place as it was convenient to get to from the airport.
It turned out to be a great choice as it has fabulous views located right at the water's edge. Comfortable room with a simple but satisfying breakfast served in an attractive, breezy area.
Local restaurants in walking distance were all good and the nearby Blue Bay
is a lovely place to spend the day.
The swimming pool just outside our room was perfect and pool towels were provided.

Very well designed house. Enough beds, chairs, tables to sit together in a different rooms and outside.
Kitchen is very good equipped with various kitchen stuff. Air conditioning is really helps to chill in the bedrooms and living room near where you could watch tv. Plenty of internet channels are available.
No insects. Very, very clean.
Home inside has is cozy and provides differs space to space time. Even ladder to the 2nd floor is convenient to climb up.
Host is very polite, ready to help, he is good to deal with.
Soup, dishwasher gel, towels, toilet paper is available. Clean fridge, washing machine.

We were warmly welcomed by the host couple. The apartment was clean and neat and comfortable. The location was great, close to the sea. The charming village of Trou d'eau Douce is authentic.
The beds were comfortable, the shower hot, and a well equipped kitchen with a great coffee machine.

Amazingly warm and helpful host, she helped us to book tours and provided guidance and info. The house is so charming and artsy, also it is in nature and is so relaxing and calm. Loved the atmosphere.
The hosts was very friendly and helpful. They send us the specifications about the accommodations and they were very helpful when we wanted some advices. We also had a fresh bread every morning. The place was very clean and quiet, it looks better than the pictures. We spend every night at the balcony just chilling. Also we got a many tips for restaurants near by. Very nice service. The hosts are really trying to have happy visitors.
Charming hosts. Marie-Claire and Gaetan were always ready to help. The bedding was simply super quality. As we were staying for a full month they gave us bigger accommodation.
Everything. The location is quiet, there’s a place to safely park the rental car. We had a huge apartment with two amazing terraces. The little things - nice smell of the sheets, enough outlets on convenient places, anti-mosquito devices, fan and enough shade in the apartment, lots of storage space. The hostess is more than kind, she made sure we have everything we need and gave us a lot of suggestions.
