We loved the area with its beautiful mountain view, the large space of the garden, the quietness of the place, the kindness of the host with the cutest little dog you can imagine. The stand alone cottage provided enough intimacy and was very new and modern.
The property was so nice. It had everything needed and the location was good. It is a litte away from the beach but thats perfect because it was quiet.
The hosts were super nice and I would definitly go there again. They took me and other guests to a concert of a mauritian singer and it was sucha nice experience.
Yashoda is a really great hostess. She welcomed us warmly and was understanding of our delay. We were greeted with a small bottle of rum.

It was nice to stay in a residential area, with a beautiful view of the mountain. The grounds for the Guesthouse are very leafy and it does feel like you are in the rainforest almost. Breakfast was nice and generous, we really enjoyed it each day and it was a good chance to meet the other guests from around the world out on the beautiful veranda. The pool is excellent with nice sun loungers and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and we had plenty of towels.
The hosts have been generous with advice and experience support, while also kind and active involved in making us comfortable at all times.
They proactively provided catering for our nutritional requirements and we really appreciated the dinner together with a lively community experience, very tasty and inclusive.
In general the guesthouse offered a good welcoming environment, the rooms especially were spotless clean.
We loved all the pets! All the cats and dogs are super well behaved and quiet and we enjoyed their cuddles.
Cody is a great host that will provide you will optimal assistance. The team as a whole is very friendly, helpful and attentive.
Le Gite is located in a peaceful area with lots of greeneries in its surroundings. The guest house has great facilities and services. We had a great experience at Le Gite du Bonheur and we recommend.
