They are kind and approachable. They are happy to make arrangements to help you and are responsive when called or messaged.
I was locked out by accident one night and the owner rectified it withing 5 minutes.

The value for money is decent and you get what you pay for.
The rooms are clean and as is the rest of the interior of the hotel, despite the rather neglected scaffoldings/structure the insides are clean.
It is good to stay for a few nights if you are on a tight budget and plan to spend the majority of the day outside the hotel.
It is well connected to public transport and the area around is safe also for walking.

A very great accommodation. I'm very glad I didn't book into one of the many tourist bunkers. We had triple the space, three times cheaper. The house is directly in the second row to the beach. Since the beach in Mauritius is public everywhere, if we felt like it, we walked 4 minutes to the beach and if we wanted peace and quiet we went back to our villa, with lots of space, surrounded by local houses. I felt very safe in the area. Within walking distance, 5 minutes, are several delicious restaurants and a supermarket.

River was a super host, the appartment is very conveniently located at the river and close to the beach. The appartment is fully equipped and we felt instantly on holidays. Kitchen has not just a few plates it is fully equipped with bbq and even with an airfryer.

We had a very relaxing stay in this charming, quaint place with a gorgeous view of Le Morne mountain.
The host was very kind, helpful and commited to make sure we had an unfogetable time. She is a certified yoga teacher and there's no better way to start the day than with an early Yoga Session in a beautiful garden, right next to the ocean and hearing just singing birds around you.
We wish we would have stayed longer at this wonderful place!
The amazing comfy homie and specious room!!!! But could use a mosquitoes net in the window and door so we can open and air up the room sometimes

It was a quiet idyllic refuge, surrounded by the inlet water with lots of areas to relax outside by the pool, in the hammock or around the barbecue, or under cover in the indoor and outdoor living areas. There are good facilities for self catering. A lovely place to unwind. The hosts, Jean-Pierre and family, are very welcoming and friendly.
