The host was quite responsive even checking on whether i had arrived or not. The staff is superb - Zou is so calm, respectful and quite effective. It's a very serene place that felt like home.

I was locked out by accident one night and the owner rectified it withing 5 minutes.

The value for money is decent and you get what you pay for.
The rooms are clean and as is the rest of the interior of the hotel, despite the rather neglected scaffoldings/structure the insides are clean.
It is good to stay for a few nights if you are on a tight budget and plan to spend the majority of the day outside the hotel.
It is well connected to public transport and the area around is safe also for walking.

Quiet, clean apartment provided a perfect base to work and rest while attending a conference in Moka. Has all the basics needed. Right next to the metro station, so an easy 5-minute train ride to the university. Hosts Dyvia and Praveen were wonderful, good communication throughout.
Marina and Philipe are wonderful. They were very helpful, and offered to organise a car for me when I was stuck for transport. They took us out on the first day to some local shops and supermarket. They are great hosts!
Excellent location in Quatre Bornes close to market, bus stops, super market and metro station. Room was quiet ,clean and comfortable. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend for a stay.
