So close to the beach- literally across the road! Bus stop close. Mini market and a Grill snack on the premises. Room was on first floor-big bed,spacious surface and clean. Staff were welcoming and gave tips on what the locals do for fun and eat. Reasonable wifi in lobby. Enjoyed the ocean view from the top floor sitting in the equipped kitchen upstairs. Good value.

The cleaning ladies came in every day - emptied the bin , cleaned and tidied up where necessary , changed the towels practically every other day and sheets very regularly . What we particularly loved ( and we have never had this in any other accommodation anywhere) is a personal water filter system in our kitchen , therefore saving buying huge bottles of water and having to carry them back from the supermarket .
We would also like to mention 2 excellent restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the apartments - Kimbo Lebanese kitchen , which is very reasonably priced , as well as La Payote ( more upmarket but lovely for a special treat ) . We loved the beautiful Mon Choisy public beach which is just under 1k away , as well as the local Cannoniers beach which is nearer .

The location was fantastic—less than a minute’s walk to the beach. The beach itself was quite nice, though a bit crowded at times. The only downside was the large number of parked boats, which occasionally brought a noticeable smell of fuel.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and very filling. You can order eggs cooked any way you like, and the pancakes were especially tasty. They offer two types of coffee, with or without milk—whatever suits your preference. The fresh fruit was also excellent.

Everything was just perfect since the first day , everything was good and was beyond our expectations.
We wanted to stay more but couldn't due to no availability.

The location of this place is fantastic. It is on a bay with a stunning sunset view. Its pretty quiet being about 20 mins walk out if Grand Baie and yhere are plenty of restaurants, food vendors etc nearby.
The room we got (see further comments) was value for money we paid. The room was cleaned each day.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
Anna is an excellent host, very reachable on watsapp and went out of her way to help me even on my last day at her apartment. As soon as I arrived she sent me her recommendations of best restaurant and bars around the area and also which beaches I should visit during my stay.
The apartment is in a great location, in 3 mins you’ll be right at the beach and is very close to all amenities.
Definitely I recommend Coco Lux Mon Amour apartments.

Ideally located in a quiet peacefull street, two minutes walk to Pereybere beach and Winners supermarket close by. Safe and secure access. Newly renovated clean and neat apartments with all modern appliances with comfortable beds and linen. Great host and a cleaning service provided. Self checkin. Onsite maintenace guy to resolve any issues although we didnt need him.
A wonderful house in a great location, a short distance from the sea and yet in a completely quiet location. The villa is perfectly equipped and the hostess was very helpful. Definitely recommend and would love to return in the future.

The villa was like home and was in a secure quiet location. All the shops were close and ideal with everything a person would need. Pereybere beach was also wonderful and close to the villa.
The breakfast was delicious. The hosts are wonderful, welcoming and friendly people who go out of their way f0r their guests. I lived being in their quiet guesthouse.
