The apartment was really clean, the location was amazing. The owner was very kind (hard to find nowadays). We felt really nice and comfortable during our stay! :)

Really benign staff, lovely people. I was impressed, everything is MEGA clean! I'd say perfect place to stay in Malta, good central location, you're between all the main spots - St Julian's, Sliema and Valleta, really easy to get to.

The place had a great atmosphere, both the room and the building itself.
The breakfast was also nice for a continental.
The hosts were very kind, and were suggesting places to visit and telling us when it would be a good or bad time for that. (Like not to go to Gozo on Sunday when the locals are also visiting it for the weekend.)
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Mark was a very caring host, he showed us several rooms so we could choose which one suited us best. He also kept asking if everything was ok and we didn't need anything. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and provided everything for normal cooking. We were given tips on good and cheap restaurants in the area. The place was quiet yet close to the beach, bus stops and good restaurants.
The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. Paula is a great host and we are glad we stayed here. Great location next to the shops and beach.
Great location, close to the sea, many restaurants and pubs in the neighbourhood, thus the street with the apartment is a quiet one. Comfortable beds, well endowed kitchen and, not at least, a very friendly an helpful host. St Paul's Bay is not as populated and crowded as other famous locations from Malta (like St Julian or La Valetta) and this was very good for us. Also the public transport is very good and the bus station is 200 meter far rom the apartment

Lovely hosts and a great location, near a free public parking , close to many bars, cafés and restaurants, shops. The street is not very busy, pretty quiet. There is this small charming patio that we loved. The only thing is that you should dust it off very often if you want to use it 🙂 The apartment is very spacious and there was everything we needed! I highly recommend accommodation in Sea Breeze Bay Guestrooms! Mark is a great host who takes care of all our needs. Inside you will find clean and quiet apartments, a very comfortable bed, a nice touch is also a well-stocked kitchen available to all guests and a terrace where you can drink coffee with a view of the city center and the sea. A good starting point for exploring the entire island. Public parking, but being here in winter we had no problems with parking the rented car. We will definitely come back here again.
