Nicest staff, fabulous Maltese and continental breakfast (no full English in sight)! Great sized rooms. Don’t be put off by the courtyard rooms, the property is so traditional and fabulous. Some of the courtyard rooms have an internal balcony, ours didn’t have one but the room was such a good size and you are out a lot seeing the sites. Roof top dipping pool and area is lovely. Would definitely highly recommend this hotel

We loved our stay at BOCO! Everyone was friendly and welcoming, our room had everything we needed and we enjoyed the breakfast. Great view from the rooftop terrace. The area is quiet and it's a short boatride to Valletta. There are some nice restaurants in Walking distance at the marina.
We would stay at BOCO again in a heartbeat.

The location was excellent, staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, breakfast was fresh and excellent quality. Asian restaurant at the side was lovely food. Definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Great location - 10mins walk from St.Julian's, so plenty of good food options around! Pembroke is also a nice quiet residential area so you won't expect any loud tourist trash when you stay here. Matthew & Natasha were superb hosts, very kind, and was a very warm atmosphere in the house!

Location, parking was so easy, host was very responsive to our message, large living room, beautiful garden, all cooks are provided in kitchen, surroundings are very quiet with police at the street at night. Easy access to the nearest supermarket Greens (5min drive).
I enjoyed the sea view from the terrasse and even more that the flat is really close to the sea(a few minutes walk) in a really quiet area. The host Andrea is really nice and reactive if you need him.
The contact was very quick and effective, we were a bit unsure at first because we had to text an external number on WhatsApp and it was a new listing on booking, but everything turned out fine. We could always contact the host when we had questions or problems.

Excellent value with the best-equipped kitchen we had on the trip. The whole apartment was very nicely furnished and maintained. Clean! Mario and Fiona were very helpful and delightful hosts. Parking on the street was unusually easy for Malta. Quiet and close to a nice mini-market and the location in general was great for accessing all parts of the island.
