Excellent hotel right in the middle of Valleta but quiet and peaceful. A super welcome by Edwin when we arrived late evening plus a welcome drink. The food for breakfast was extremely tasty with a good variety every day. Really comfortable and well-appointed rooms. We used the rooftop terrace, which has a great view over Valleta, and the rooftop pool was (just about) warm enough at the end of October for a quick dip. Very good location close to shops, cafes and restaurants.

Beautiful suite in perfect location to explore both Rabat and MDina on foot and the rest of the island by car/taxi/bus.
We were delighted to be given the suite that had the rooftop terrace. It was the perfect space to relax in the afternoon and do a bit of sunbathing and a have

Johnny was the perfect host with great advice on what to see and where to eat.
Breakfast was via a voucher at the cafe next door so lots of choice.

Michael is just pure at kindness, his place depicts what his soul is about. Convenient store directly below with a restaurant that delivers food for takeaway where you can eat on the roof terrace that allows you to enjoy the serenity. We hired a car and always found parking very convenient after a long day of touring. The markets was so convenient at the doorsteps of Duncan’s Guesthouse to buy clothes when you ran out and waiting to laundry.

The whole place oozes opulence with exquisite furnishings all round the building and in the bedrooms.
The self check-in and access routine worked brilliantly.
The lower ground floor pool was a lovely bonus, but I'm not sure how it was so cold when the ambient temperature hadn't dropped below 20 degrees for days!
The location just a hundred metres from the centre of Rabat was ideal.

Host's directions and instructions were really understandable and useful. Also, there was a kettle in the apartment, as well as coffee, tea, drinking water and welcome snacks. The experience was super pleasant and definitely a memorable one.
Charming and cozy house with loads of room. Very close to the airport and local beautiful church. Love all special touches that hosts put in the rooms and house to make sure stay is pleasant and comfortable for the larger groups (it was 7 of us ☺️). Exceptionally clean and quiet. Quality furnishings were brand new. Friendly host. Self check in at any time of the day or night. No deposit to pay unlike many rental rooms.
It is a quiet, spatial, and clean place, conveniently located next to the walking path to the airport, ideal for catching early flights. But the pleasant surprise is with the hosts, who really made sure they have met all the requests of the guest, even if coming at the inconvenient time. A very nice stay, even brief.
The host was very helpful. The property was beuatiful. It is very close to the airport so it was a little bit loud when you steppend outside, but inside and in the bedroom is was peaceful and quiet. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
