Great value for money. It is clean and comfy. The toilet and the bathroom is shared, but clean and as the hotel isn't that big, thats not a problem. The common area is welcoming and well equipped. The balcony sports a splendid view of Saint Pierre and the sea. The city is a brief but steep walk away.

amazing location and very kind people. It was a little hard to find at first, but it is right on the beach, very clean and everything I needed was there. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially given they had to put up with my very poor french-speaking.

This little gem suited us perfectly. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. From the perfectly firm bed to the nice cotton sheets to the a/c that gives an excellent sleep our time spent here was ideal. Never once ran out of hot water. Fast internet, washing machine (utilized numerous times as we were on a working holiday). It's only a matter of a few minutes drive (or a 10 min walk) to the clean beach or grocery store either one. Daniel and his wife were the perfect hosts.

Hosts were very nice and helpful (with information, washing clothes, ...). Apartment is very spacious and clean. Veranda is very pleasant, under the roof (so pleasant shade), with nice views and nice breeze in the evening. AC worked well. Kitchen was well equipped.
It is not far from the beach (500m) and buses from Fort-de-France stop quite close (200m), main bus stop is further away. Shops and restaurants are close to the beach.
A comfortable large apartment, but location was poor, wifi not working for a lot of the time. Host was helpful when washing machine broke down by doing our washing for us.
Amazing view right on the beach and sea, very clean, new facilities, everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, super friendly and attentive hosts, close to the town center, shop, and market, also to activities like snorkeling(very close to Manman d'lo mermaid sculpture), hikes, museum, and the Zoo. Well above all apartments which we stayed in Martinique.
This was the best value for money of our whole trip, the hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the bongalow was just great with coconut and papaya trees for self service, colibris dipping their beaks into the flowers, a cosy garden with hammock and "carbet", the kitchen facilities well equipped and clean, nice and clean bathroom, air con, parkingn TV, WiFi...
