The reception was very friendly. The hosts get out of their way to accomodate you and make your stay pleasant. They can be counted on to give you solid information and recommendations.
The amenities are basic, but sufficient for someone who is there just to take it easy and reconnect with nature.

You arrive at Residence Monique on a tiny boat (there are no roads) and so from the very start it’s a magical experience. The location is fantastic - right on the beach which is beautiful and quiet. Most days we had the beach to ourselves.

Lovely position overlooking the beach and friendly staff. Unfortunately I was the only one staying the first night and only a few other guests arrived during my stay so a bit quiet (maybe that’s a positive for some)
The hosts at this property are about the loveliest people I've ever met. They go out of their way to make your stay welcoming and relaxing. The bungalow was spotless and comfortable, and I loved listening to the ocean waves just a few meters away. Beautiful location. (There is free wifi here, contrary to the description on Booking.com) Wish I could have stayed much longer!

The location is great, quiet with a beautiful beach. Our bungalow (with electricity and hot water) was great!
