Hotel room is of an apartment size - so much space and the aircon was fantastic, especially when it was so hot outside.
Balcony on the first floor doesn't really have a sea view (at least the room I was in) - I could see the sea, but only because I am 2m tall and could see over the wall.
Very peaceful and private beach to walk straight into the sea - beds and umbreallas also provided - hosts are extremely helpful and nice. Could not rate them more highly - fantastic place to stay.

This property has a great location: 2 minutes to go to the long, beautiful embankment. The apartment was very clean/Especially I want to mention the host of this property. She is very polite and accommodating. She has allowed us to extend our stay free of charge for several hours.

Wondeeful! The beaches are close, the atmosphere is calm, the sea ia great and clean. There is a pedestrian seaside beatiful walkway all the way to Herceg Novi, 8km long, with breathtaking seascape and Mediterranean trees. I walked every evening by the sea, after swimming to Herceg Novi, had wine and fresh calamari in one of the many seasode restaurants. Every moment was magical from waking up to going to sleep. Supermarkets are very close too. There is a fridge in the room so I had cold watermelon waiting for me after every swim.

Great host, a very clean room. Not far from the beach, though you have to take the stairs. Its important to say that in Herceg Novi there are stairs everywhere so I don't see it as an inconvenience. The WiFi is fast and stable, the AC is quiet and works well

The place is clean, traditional and lovely. The location is in the middle of it all, yet feels safe, peaceful and quiet. We greatly enjoyed the direct proximity to the Institute, the beach and the restaurants as well as all 4 different supermarkets in the area.

It was a great experience staying in this villa. It's in the forest, 3km from the centre, so it it is very quiet and good for resting. It is a great option if you are going by car and planning to go on different beaches and this place is your base. The state border is 1km away from the villa so you can choose whether you are going to visit Montenegro beach or some beach in Croatia. The hosts were very, very kind and they will help you with anything they can. When we left, they start renovation of our condo so it would be even better.
