We stayed at this beautiful guesthouse for 1 night and 2 days. When we arrived, the host was prompt and helped us check-in. The rooms were really nice, clean and homey with a balcony overlooking the lake. The host was very helpful and welcoming and I would definitely recommend this guesthouse!
With the help of the host, we went on a boat trip on the lake with the beautiful views and there was time at the end for a swim.

The guesthouse has a fantastic view, and the food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. The staff were excellent—friendly and attentive. However, there were some issues with communication regarding who is staying at the guesthouse and who is just visiting. After settling into my room, I headed to the pool for a swim. As soon as I got there, I was offered a menu and asked to order a drink because they assumed I was only there for a quick visit. It was awkward, and I felt pressured to order something just to avoid embarrassment.
When I started swimming, another staff member gave me unfriendly looks, not realizing that I was a paying guest with access to the pool. While the overall experience was positive, the guesthouse should improve its system so the staff knows who is staying there and who isn’t to avoid these uncomfortable situations."

A comfortable apartment, within easy walking distance to the souk, cafes, and restaurants (There is a cafe downstairs that does great coffee). The host was fabulous and very accommodating. He even gifted us a string of balloons when we mentioned it was our daughters 3rd birthday. Thank you for making it special!
The place is just one big surprise. It looks like just another mud wall - go through the gate and you have style, space and luxury. Our hosts were incredible. Attending to our requests with a smile and a professional "no problem" attitude. This place embodies our experience in Morocco. Rashid is a very hospitable, reasonable host. The appartment also has an amazing view. Especially if you stay at uppermost room with terrace. Also the waterfall is a 5 minute walk away. And even though you can order breakfast/lunch at his place, he will also recommend you other options. The stay was a 10/10 pricewise.
Here we found the relaxed, quiet and amenable life style of bereber people. The gîte is built on a genuine local house modified to suit in a very clever way. The person that attended us (Mohamed) excells in manners and we really enjoyed the warmth of his character.
