I've arrived late, but the owner was very nice and caring about whether everything is ok. Great location, you can watch the sunset over the sea right from your window/porch area. The room has everything you might need, including your owl little kitchen corner

Lovely guesthouse in a splendid villa with beautiful rooms and comfy beds. The hostess was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great, The beautiful beach is only a 5 min walk away - BUT you have to cross a very busy/high speed road near the guesthouse, which is a nuisance, or if you have children a matter of concern. I would suggest doing it by car (even if the distance is ridiculously short) so you can all pass quickly and together. There is a parking lot on the other side of the road.
The location is simply excellent, in a magnificent garden right next to the beach. Our room (a studio) was small but had everything we needed: a bed, a tiny kitchen corner (a hob, a sink, an electric kettle, a fridge, crockery and cuttlery), a bathroom. Outdoor grills are available. The hostess was very kind and friendly.
The location is excellent. Host was friendly, though cleanliness in the bathroom is a bit compromised.
