The property is amazingly beautiful, and it is located in a very scenic location. Beautiful city of Kuldiga was just half an hour drive away, while gorgeous beach of Jurkalne was even closer than that. I will definitely return here again!

An exceptionally beautiful property in a quiet and peaceful location. The hosts were lovely and welcoming. The private lake was stunning. The house had everything you needed and was really comfortable. Had an amazing time and can't wait to go back!
The castle is a neo-gothic building surrounded by a park. The window gave on a lake and fields. The room we booked was modest, but elegant. There was even a sound in the middle of the night which could have been a ghost. It was a very castle-y experience.

Very nice, quiet area and a beautiful house. Anything you may need during your stay is there: dishes, towels, shower gel, all sorts of bbq equipment, anything...
Remote, but totally magical place. Quiet. Rural. Authentically historical. Very helpful staff. Feels like being a part of a fairy tale (including 7 swans on the lake).
