we loved everything about the house. it is built with such love an care, great attention to every little detail. you can find there absolutely everything for a comfortable stay! we grilled, went to sauna, listened to old vinyls in the wonderful garden. we had a baby and a dog with us - the both got spoiled and pampered by hosts. host lady is real sweetheart, she helped us out with every little odd request. the only thing I felt sorry about we couldn’t stay longer. I wish to spend a week there or two! if you doubt to book this house or not - don’t! just do it and don’t forget to book sauna - it’s just like a luxurious spa! you soul and body will be grateful!

Once we had managed to access the property (due to unforeseen circumstances the owners thought we weren't coming so we had to wait for their administrator to arrive) the property was fine but basic. It was clean and quiet and served our purposes well.

The apartment is spacious. And it is quiet. It is fully equipped with everything one can imagine. Especially in the kitchen: you can cook as at home. If you prefer cooking for yourself, the host provides even some spices, tea.
The furntiture, the bathroom is new and clean.
The location is great. A very nice restaurants (Skovorotka) and a bakery (Testo) are just around the corner. Going around another corner one can get to all major supermarket chains in Latvia.

Nice, clean hotel in a great location. Free parking in the yard. My room had a small terrace which was a nice bonus. All in all one of the best hotels in Daugavpils - quiet, clean and good value.
Superb, clean and bright apartment. Everything that you would need is available in property. Host was very welcoming and left contact details if we ever have any questions and need help. Apartment is in walking distance / minutes away from city center and shops and also has access to tram and bus connection, parking available. Definitely would come back for future stays. Thanks
Very friendly and helpful host, he even recommended the best places to go out for food. Rooms were clean and tidy. The kitchen had tea and coffee so didn’t have to buy any ourselves. Great location.
A small boutique hotel in the city centre yet in a quiet location. The rooms were nicely updated and maintained. Breakfast was good. Staff were smiley.
