Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
We had an amazing vacation!
Dubingiai is one of the most beautiful places I've seen, stunningly beautiful forests, huge fields, lots of lakes. The place where we stayed was just perfect, very cozy cabin, extremely friendly hosts, huge and very beautiful landscaped area, the rest is just great, I'd like to say a big, big thank you to the owners!
I just loved the location of the hotel. Guest house "Gerugne" was not very clean. There are many webs with spiders in the room. The balcony door closed by itself. I did not open the balcony and bathroom doors several times. because the door locked itselfe. No one even came to ask if we need anything like fresh towels or sheets. They did not provide breakfast for extra price as written on theyr website. I am very unhappy with the service as they do not provide any service.
Absolutely evrytything was perfect. Idylic stay at the lake. It was peaceful & quiet. Gorgeous surroundings. We had a proper meditation state of mind there and unwind from the noise and worries. Clean amenities and apartments. Just amazing🤍 loved every minute of it.
Beautiful time in nature! Cosy and charming place, amazing staff, great service. Special thank you to therapist Ingrida for fantastic massages! Ah... and a delicious, good quality cocktail!
The atmosphere, the location, the remoteness and quietness of the place was paired super well with how cozy the interior was. The host also provided an electric heater so we could leave our dog here without being worried that she would get cold. Windows could actually be opened so we did not risk suffocating when we heated up with a wood-run hearth. Would gladly go here again for the 'cabin' experience with higher comfort.
