The hosts, Dinesh and Anne, were very welcoming and helpful from the moment we stepped in until our departure. The host is very nice guy. House is in very good location. Only I will suggest the beds are dirty. May be people used leave dirty.i know you can’t change bed every time but I will suggest buy mattress protector so it will help reduce the dirty on the mattress. Other than very good place.every thing ok.

Nice big house converted into hostel. Aircon was great. Beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was nice and big and clean. The staff were really friendly. Could use the kitchen to cook up a good feed. Pretty easy to get too using buses or tuk tuk from the centre of Colombo.
Nice location- quite residential area with greenery all around.
Great host- Anil is just the most humble guy, big guy with soft voice, really enjoyed having conversations with him and having dinner at a local place .
Rooms- no AC , but with fan and windows open, it doesn't get hot .

Quiet place to stay. Lovely hosts and friendly grandchildren, super sweet dog, loves cuddles. You are staying downstairs in their house, the family upstairs..
Aircon is in the bedroom, a fan in lounge. Simple breakfast, jam, toast, bananas, egg, coffee /tea. Bathroom good size, hot water shower.
Small area out back with some chairs.
Could be helpful including a kettle with coffee/tea etc..and maybe a small refrigerator. Nice to have a cuppa in room in the morning.

The host of this property makes sure our two nights stay before return as a quiet, happy ending. Dilkie alowed us to have a late check out, we do appreciated.
