Clean beds and bathrooms. We were a bit surprised when we didn't find sheet to cover the blanket, but realized later that this is customary in small Sri Lankan guesthouses. I'm sure that if you ask, the hosts will happily provide it (we realized it too late into the night).

Big space, amazing view, great balcony, huge grass area over looking the ocean. Organized a tuk tuk tour of the town through the hotel, drive spoke little English but would stop and we hopped out and wandered around.

I liked the lot of space in the villa, it's really huge. It's was clean and everything was functioning. Also kitchen and two wc helps sometimes got the comfort.
The pool is next to the villa.
Air conditioner is just only in the sleeping room, but for us it was enough.

Very good communication with the owner, short time to answer. Was there to welcome us in the middle of the night after arriving in Sri Lanka Airport. Very delicious breakfast, served exactly at the time we would like to have it. The big surplus of this property is the pool and the area around the pool. The rooms are good for one or two nights but not to large but clean. Also welcome the cat :-), it's a good place to settle in after arriving in Sri Lanka or for the last night before flying home, the way to Negombo by Tuck Tuck cheap.
