An oasis of calm and tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of Kandy City, our stay in Kandy Tree Tops was one of the highlights of our trip to Sri Lanka. The rooms were large and very comfortable, breakfasts were delicious and varied, and the location is perfect as its just a few minutes by tuktuk into to all the main attractions. But what sets this place apart are it's hosts, Salani and family, who are the most welcoming, generous and friendly hosts you could ask for. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Morning tea was delicious. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on check in and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near to Kegalle Town . We stayed in Mawanella at Mystay for just one night, however we wish we could stay longer! A spacious, comfortable room with multiple areas in the room and outside to relax. Friendly, accommodating host family, made us delicious food, and showed us around town.
Probably the best place I’ve experienced in Sri Lanka . Modern and yet with a traditional feel like no other. It’s wooden structure and design was such that it was a joy to behold ,enhanced by the gracious host for which nothing was too much trouble.
Everything, location , amenities in the house , electrical equipments in the kitchen, upstairs bed , Air-condition , everything was there and beyond our expectations , great hosts , late check out possibilities without additional cost,
It was a wonderful experience in this cabin. The place is fully equipped and well maintained. The host Mr Sisira is a wonderful person and helped us many ways during whole stay. Amazing location plus close to Kandy town and Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. If anyone is interested in hiking, there is a view point Saradiel Rock close by. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel free with nature. We would be very happy to come back someday!
