We loved the location of Wanakaset Forest glamping right in the heart of the forest which afforded us amazing views of the hills from our balcony room. The food was plentiful and delicious and the ladies in the kitchen incredibly hospitable. We ventured out on a trek with Banda who was passionate and knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the area. We would highly recommend a stay in this forest sanctuary.

We really liked our stay at Hugging Clouds. The family and service were really nice hostess and really helpful in all matters. Very good location if you want to climb Adam’s Peak and nice chillout area in the accommodation to read, play and chill the rest of the day.

Excellent location near the railway station. Very nice villa with a couple of rooms and very nice shared areas. All very clean and furnished in a beautiful way. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He arranged for us a car to the bottom of the Adam’s mountain. We enjoyed staying here very much and would be happy to come back again.

The Guest house has been the most beautiful and cleanest accommodation we have had in Sri Lanka. The mountain and small lake view from the balcony is breathtaking and so cozy . The delicious breakfast was served to us on the balcony and you can enjoy the view and nature during the meal.
The location is also quite good, 5 min walking distance to maskeliya town and best stop before adam's peak hiking and visit waterfalls around.
The host Namal was very friendly and organised a driver for us to the next stop. And dinner is very tasty and so good .Thank you so much for everything .

Amazing location in the jungle. The big shared lounge was a fabulous room with comfy chairs - you felt you were really part of the jungle. The food was freshly prepared and included ingredients found near by. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful and helped arrange our rafting trip with Wasantha which was excellent.
you get a little cottage in the jungle. it's awesome! and there's a wonderful little pool! be aware that it's difficult to get there by car, TukTuk and motorbike work fine. as I understood, they come and pick you up from where the car can go.

Mona (the host) is very lovely and made us the best meals. We thought it was a amazing that we only had to walk 1 minute to the private natural after a hot day. You will be in the middle of nature at this place and we loved it! We saw a lot of different small animals just by sitting outside our room and watching. It’s a quiet and calming place to get some rest after a day wildrafting ;).
Be aware that it is a little bit of a difficult road to get to the accommodation.
The guesthouse is located on the top of the hill so you are reliant on a car to get anywhere. Our host Lionel was always available to take us in his car wherever we needed to go. The staff are super friendly and helpful too and will do anything to enhance your stay.
They will also arrange rafting/canyoning through Team 39 just down the road.
Beautiful and quiet place in the middle of the nature with a very friendly host. Next to the accommodation is a natural swimming pool with a lot of tiny waterfalls. You can also do a little hike to reach the source of the waterfall. And last but not least, the food is very tasty and fresh. I highly recommend this place!
The host was very supportive. Provided delicious meals with a wide variety. There are few natural pools nearby with easy and private access. The location has a nice view with a quiet surrounding. It's conveniently situated just 5 to 10 minutes away from Kitulgala, allowing easy access to all the adventurous activities this area has to offer. If you are a person who would love a homely stay by being closer to nature, this would be an ideal stay.
Laura was an excellent host who, with her colleagues, kindly welcomed us and looked after us well during our short stay. Great location and amazing views from the pool. Our room had hot water and a nice balcony. There was refillable water available which was a great option. They accommodated our request for an early breakfast and organised a tuk tuk to the train station which we were grateful for.

Great hosts - every person we met there was welcoming and kind. We had a beautiful birthday party that they arranged.
