Every thing! The villa is set in beautiful surroundings of nature and is very peaceful. It was very clean and well managed by Sura and his family who were all very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended and I will come back again for a longer stay.

We stayed here for 6 nights. It is paradise. We have been in Sri Lanka for 4 weeks, stayed at 9 hotels and this is the best one so far. Nelson and his team are so welcoming and make your stay very comfortable. And the food is outstanding! Nelson is a feeder and serves the best meals in town. We ate here 3 nights and wish we'd only eaten here as the meals were far better than anywhere else. The rooms are spacious, clean and serviced daily. The bed is large and very comfortable, great pillows. Aircon works very well and the large walk in shower had plenty of hot water. We had a patio with table chairs and sunbeds and a terrace. The whole site is kept so clean and tidy. The gardens are beautifully tended and the pool is a good size to swim in and very welcome after a hot day out sightseeing. Hotels could take a few tips from this guesthouse! You will be very lucky if you can get a room here, it's a very special place and we feel lucky to have found it. The hotel was a nice little hotel, the staff was really friendly, considerate and helpful. The room we stayed in was brand new. The beach was amazing, very calm and you could swim well in the sea.

After 3 weeks travelling around Sri Lanka this was the best place we stayed. Lovely large room, air conditioning, fridge, hot water and a nice balcony overlooking the beautiful garden. But best of all was the warm welcome from Rathna, Chitra and the family. They really made us feel at home and looked after us. Chitra's breakfasts are amazing, something different everyday, and the dinner we had was delicious and wonderful value. Rathna is really helpful and can organise all of the tours. We stayed 6 nights and had a great time, lovely beaches and river cruises nearby, and I was lucky enough to see the incredible Perahera on the Saturday night! I will be back one day!

We loved Channa Villa and Bentota so much we booked an extra night, if we'd know we would have spent less time in Mirissa and more time here. The standard of accommodation was the best we had stayed in through out the whole of our trip to Sri Lanka. The rooms were a good size, beds were comfortable, with soft pillows and clean linin. We had a fridge in our room and the use of a shared kitchen which was spotless and we were able to make our own tea and even make our own toast for breakfast as we had bought bread from the local supermarket. Close to the railway line, but you could hardly hear the trains from our room, a short 5 minute walk to the beach, which was the best beach by far. Plus close to a few restaurants dotted along the railway track. And of course friendly staff
