Tranquil location, perfect for a few days relaxing. Evening buffet was delicious. We stayed at beginning of rainy season & the staff were so thoughtful, even bringing gumboots to our room so our feet wouldn’t get wet walking to the restaurant area for breakfast.

The owners are super kind and caring. The husband took us to the fish market and a church and a market, and they also recommended restaurants that were super nice. Rooms are clean and the pool is amazing! They arranged cool beers whenever we wanted it. Would recommend to everyone!

The family that runs TMS Beach House was delightful - helpful and enthusiastic about the highlights of Negombo. The room was spacious and comfortable, and exceptionally clean. I hope to stay there again. By the way, the price was great for a place right on the beach.

Was a really nice hotel! The rooms were very big with a nice bed and airco. You could also make use of the kitchen, so we made tea and coffee. The hotel was near a lot of supermarket and restaurants, but still in a quiet street. The beach was a 2 minutes walk. Overall a pleasant stay with very friendly people.

Staff checked us in at 9pm and said see you in the morning, we never saw any staff till we checked out 2 days later, there was nothing in the kitchen to use, nothing , no kettle , no cutlery , so useless , anyway we ate locally
