It was a quite new property. Well equipped, clean, neat & tidy. Quite close to public beach, only about 150m. Has parking within the property. Owner & the staff were friendly. I can see a few possible improvements in the booking process.
As a whole, it was a nice stay; value for money. Recommended.

My stay at this guest house was fantastic! The beach is only a short stroll away, and the serene surroundings filled with the sounds of birds made for an incredibly soothing getaway. The rooms provided everything I needed, were comfortable and well-kept. I also like that they had cycles available so I could go around the region with ease. I had a great yoga lesson on-site, and that really renewed me. All in all, a fantastic location, calm surroundings, and well thought-out amenities made my stay very remarkable. I heartily suggest it to anyone searching for a tranquil beach getaway.

Sugi is a very nice person, he made me feel comfortable and took care from the first moment.
He comunicated with me in the phone, to know when I'm arriving to peek me up from the train.
Nice minimal room with personal shower and toilet, and a ventilater.
I arrived late with the train, and almoat everything was closed, so Sugi took me with he's scooter to find a place to eat.
Next day Sugi and he's family made me a lunch, traditional rice and curry, very tasty.
Nice place and real family experience, spanding some time with them, the kids, his wife and grandmother, they all were very nice to me :)

Our hosts Jude and Amutha were exceptional- full of helpful information and they went the extra mile to accommodate our need for a super early breakfast before we set off on our bicycles.
We were welcomed by Nava on arrival. Prior to this he had sent details of WiFi code and where to get off the bus. The room was very clean, bed very comfortable, and shower good. Although close to the main road, it was quiet. Nava gave good suggestions about places to visit when we hired a scooter including beautiful Passikuda beach.
I recommend eating at Sri Krishna, 15 minutes walk from RoaBaa guesthouse - a vegetarian restaurant with tasty dosas!
Amazing host, very kind and helpful. We got to choose our room between the two available. Great location near the beach, but if you go early morning there are fishermen and you can't swim. Good value for money.
An exceptional accommodation, Nava our host was very attentive and nothing was a hassle. He's maintaining a high standard and does it easily.,which for the guest helps you relax straight away.Close to all things you need and 5 minutes from bus or railway station. Great couple of food hotels on the main trinco Rd.Very cheap and great sri lankan food. We would have liked another night or two. Thankyou Nava . Ps had english sri lankan paper as well.
Neem Forest GH is somewhat outside the city but only a short tuktuk ride away. As a result it is a beautifully peaceful and extremely quiet location. Dawn chorus of birds was amazing. The host was extremely helpful and ready to talk about all matter of subjects. The Sri Lanken breakfast was always too much and the host made sure it was always different. Nearby is the many kilometer long sand beach (no other tourists) where you watch the fishermen pull in their nets of caught fish. Meem Forest is highly recommended.
Perfect place to stay in my favourite town. 4km bike ride from shops, cafe, beer shop, and restaurants - and 2 minutes walk from the sea.
The guesthouse is quiet and well maintained, and the host, Suresh, goes out of his way to help you.
And it is inexpensive too 👍
The host was very friendly and the beach very quiet and beautiful! Simple breakfast for low price was not included. You can buy water at the guest house.
He took us by motorbike to a place which was offering food and organized that we come back to the guest house.
