I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is truly unbeatable.It offers a calm and private atmosphere, being right next to the beach, which made it perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable. To top it off, the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

The room was very spacious and there was also a kitchen (that we didn't use). The view from the terrace was amazing. With the ocean basically in front of the door, it can get quite loud at night though.
The staff (Dinesh) was lovely, very helpful and reliable. The town and mask museum are close by. We had a lovely stay.

This stay was very pleasant, all inclusive of FREE filter water downstairs (never seen before in Sri Lanka) and washing machine.
The host was very accommodating and went out of his way to buy our room a socket connector also which we were very appreciative of. They cooked our family an entire free meal in our stay and it was quite delicious! Kitchen was so clean, we used every day to cook meals. Very close to beautiful beach.
Many great things to say about this place, would stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay here, and even saw a turtle come to shore late at night to lay eggs. Lovely staff, and really comfortable bed! I will return!!

The property is on a beautiful beach. Close to a supermarket. There are only 3 rooms so it’s very personal.

Pre arrival communication was excellent. They met me from the train station to go to the property.

A paradise right on the beach, amazing host and the swimming and decor makes the place feel like a luxury boutique home. The trees provide perfect shade for half the pool as well. The family where so helpful and welcoming
This is a wonderful boutique hotel, literally on the most stunning stretch of beach, a long golden stretch of sand and super quiet. All the staff were so hospitable and friendly. The rooms were large, bight and well appointed, the pool is gorgeous and there is lots of space to sit and enjoy a drink and a bite to eat.
Really great location as well as the place itself, you can tell that the host has taken great care into the look and feel of the place. I absolutely could have not asked for a better experience!
Nice big apartment with confortable and spacious bedroom. Washing machine on site and kitchen, which is very handy.
The hosts are super nice and friendly. The area is quiet and peaceful.
Great host and great hotel for budget travellers. Mr. Damitha helped us with all our needs immediately. Also he brought us to the city center to buy sim-cards by his car. In the hotel you can find all you need for very good rest.

Big mansion with a housekeeper and guard dog. Big pool. Clean and spacious rooms. Each room with own toilet. Great host. Brought us to buy fruits and going to the moonstone mine. Fantastic stay and near lots of shop, salon, fast food and market. Great location. Very homely. There's washing machine to wash all our clothing. Housekeeper makes great tea. Highly recommend to stay here.
The hotel is under construction so don't expect many luxuries (but it has a great future and will be beautiful when it's finished) it does its job, you sleep very comfortably, it has a fan and basic hotel things! The guys who work are charming, attentive and at all times they ask if you need anything, breakfast and dinner are very good! the hotel is away from the noise of the city and makes it very calm and quiet.
Great location. Away from hustle and bustle of beaches around. Great for those who like peaceful accomodation. Amazing river view from rooms and garden. Janaka the host was very welcoming. Madu ganga river safari is just 5 mins away from there. Rooms are super clean.
Would have given 10 out of 10, but there was no hot water available for bath, hence 9
