Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Great hostel! The owner is very helpful and has good information about the loop. You can leave your bag in a locked room and the hostel is very clean and quiet. I stayed one night before the loop and came back and stayed here again after the loop. 10/10!
The staff were helpful, the private room we got was very spacious. The hostel had lots of information about the loop. They organised scooter rental and cheaper transport to bus station.
Clean, comfortable and well located hostel with friendly and helpful staff. Spacious dorm and nice shower/toilet area. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chilled, quiet stay.
The staff was friendly and the garden and restaurant really pleasant. The food was very good. I asked a room with AC after the first night because it was really too hot (the room with the fan is just under the roof with no real walls - very thin walls). The second room was perfect and cheap. You have to walk 25min to the center but as the guesthouse has a restaurant it's not a problem.
Great location. 5-10min to the Mekong riverside where there is street food in the evenings. Strong wifi. Clean, comfortable bed and well appointed bathrooms. Breakfast can be purchased on site too which is convenient if you need to check out early (I loved the vegetable/mushroom pho). The host & hostess are personable and helpful.
The people who work there are extremely friendly and the one who is in charge of the reception speaks very good English, very good recommendations, very clean bathrooms, and next to the hostel there is a vegetarian restaurant with delicious and very cheap food.
The owner is one of the sweetest and helpfull persons i've met in asia. After a motorbike accident he helped me with a lot of stuff (even when i wasnt staying there anymore). When the hostel was fully booked he arranged a hotel for me and even drove me there. Always open to awnser questions. The hostel is very clean and quiet. Thank you so much for the good care.
Nong is the new owner and she is super nice and helpful. The hostel is clean and cheap. It’s located close by to the Mekong and close by to the city centre. There are also some nice and cheap restaurants 2min walk away from it.
May is a great host, she helped us a lot to book the bus and set up our loop adventure!
Here place is nice and located 20min walk from the city center. You can't find better quality for such a cheap price. Would definitely recommend for backpackers on budget who look for a great host and cosy location.
