Really nice hostel, very comfortable, the owners are super nice! The hostel is very well decorated. Bathrooms and bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. The owners can cook you breakfast and lunch for a cheap price.

It was a sparkly clean apartment in a quiet location, only walking distance to the shops and cafes and very close to the CBD. Our host was very lovely and helpful. She went above and beyond to provide everything we needed. If we are back to Shymkent, we’ll definitely stay at her place again.

The location of the hotel is very bad, the surrounding area is dirty and messy, and the experience is very bad. It is not recommended to stay here. In fact, there are many hotels with similar prices in the city center, which are quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff is very indifferent, and it seems that they are in a bad mood every day.

The room was really big - we had a sofa and dining table as well as a desk area and bathroom. It was really quiet and had a nice garden. The host was extremely helpful - we arrived at 4am and she waited up, she helped organise a taxi for us when we left and gave us directions to local supermarkets/restaurants. The breakfast was nice - there were a few different options.

The apartment is brand new, really clean and has everything we need. The location is also good, a little further to city centre but it’s really good connected to every part of the city by bus. The bus stop is located less than 5 minutes walking. But there are so many restaurants that you don’t need to go to the center. Furthermore there is a big supermarket three minutes by foot. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

This is a great hostel (although it was fairly quiet during my stay). It’s spacious, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped (each with its own modern bathroom), the location is literally the centre of the city, and it’s very affordable. I’d definitely stay here again!

This hostel is the best I have ever seen and I have done a lot of them. Everything was perfect almost the standard of a hotel (bathroom, towels, etc) Sparkling clean, huge common space to hangout, speaking English staff really helpful about how to commute , what to see and do in the city. There is no kitchen but the food is so cheap around who would cook ? There are huge table to eat.
