This is a good hotel, good value for money. Everything was clean, located not too far from the city center.
Comfortable bed.
The staff is not able to speak english at all, like everywhere in Kazakhstan, so it wasn't easy sometimes to communicate, but you always find a way.
The apertment was exceptional. New modern furniture, free toiletries and slippers, fully equiped kitchen with fridge, microwave. The location was in a walking distance to the Boxing Palace where the event for which we had arrived took place.
The host was very polite and precise, allowing us both late arrival and very early departure
Everything is very clean and comfortable.
Even if they don't speak English, staff is very friendly and helpful (I was able to store my bag somewhere safe all day before a night train).
Location is perfect, close to the train station and the main attractions of city center.
Everything was fine, a cheap place but the room was huge, a large bed, a sofa, a smart TV, the towels were provided, shower stuff etc. There is a kitchen inside, cups, plates etc. AWESOME!
