Good location in the new city with major attractions within walking distance, shops and restaurants just next door. Very new hostel, with nice design, very clean and quiet. H24 desk. The family room is outstanding - if traveling as couple/family is highly recommended for quality/price. If we come back to Astana I will book this hostel again!
Nice hotel. Got an upgrade to lovely room with lounge and balcony. Great location (for me) you can use free bicycles to ride round the river front and parks - lots of cycle lanes so great way to explore local area. Could jump in local Uber equivalent cars to get to more distant sites which were cheap, good and safe. You'll need an app.

Very cheap, good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff, although they hardly speak any English. We got along fine though. The hostel is very close to the city center, more about the location below. The whole place is extremely clean (never seen a cleaner hostel my entire life), the communal bathrooms are cleaned constantly after every use, it seems. Heating works well, although our room was so well insulated, we didn’t even need heating when it was way below freezing outside. We could store our bags on the day of departure.
The room was cozy and clean, private bathroom, everyday cleaning and great host and housekeeper. All promises were decided in a shortest period. Location is also good, quiet place is perfect to have a good nap. There are lots of shopping malls nearby, with good breakfasts and lunches.
Very comfortable hostel, in great location (1 minute to big shopping center, with cheap supermarket Galmart and a lot of different cafes). Everything inside is clean and nice. And at the same time very cheap.
