The big room with its fabulous views is unbeatable. The owners went way beyond what one would expect, giving us information about buses, water and fruit, and a ride back to the bus terminal the day we left. Some people may think the place is a bit out of the way, but it was really easy to walk to the stop for the local bus. When it was dark, we took a taxi back from the centre of town, which cost a mere 5000 won. There are also a couple of restaurants in walking distance and a 7-eleven, which among other things has frozen meals you can warm up in the microwave.

The room and the whole house was beautifully decorated, and very clean. The neighbourhood was very pleasant, and it didn’t take too long to get to the centre of town. Mireuksan is just around the corner.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hago Guest House: not only was the accommodation really good, but (most importantly) the owner was also extremely friendly and more than willing to help. I especially liked the breakfast part of the day, due to both the delicious toasts made by the host and the thoroughly enjoyable conversations I had with her every morning. I will definitely not fail to book a room at Hago Guest House should I go to Tongyeong again in the future!

The hosts were welcoming, good communication, felt like home already, the view is amazing with the sunrise at 5h is something magical, a peaceful stay surrounded by nature , the little garden is so charming , i completely recommand , very clean with everything needed ! The view was amazing!! We really enjoyed the location because it was quiet and relaxing. Would recommend hiring a car. There’s a really cute cafe near by if you want to get good coffee but the pension also provides coffee and you have private kitchen facilities. We cooked one night and looked over the beautiful ocean. The owner is really helpful and gives you tips for local places to eat.
Very beautiful pension, looks exactly like in photos. Very comfortable bed and good quality bed linen. Absolutely stunning views from the balcony. Very kind and helpful hosts, they greeted us on arrival and showed around, helped with the laundry. Definitely recommend!
Wonderful host who is very helpful and proactive. We didn't want to drive out in the night to eat dinner, she offered to help order fried chicken delivery. She is responsive and replies messages very quickly through booking.com. The view from the room is amazing and even better with a jacuzzi. There are cooking utensils available in the room and even a bbq area on site. Lovely relaxing place with a charming Yoodol cafe ( with a great view) 1 min drive away. Gujora Beach and cruise terminal is only 4min drive away.

The hosts were extremely helpful and very, very friendly. Amazingly, the owner even took me to a beautiful viewpoint in his car (since I had come by bus and could not get to all places) - much more than what one could expect from any host!
The pension itself is located in a beautiful garden and overlooking the bay. The room and the balcony had everything one could need.
The host was really nice and helpful with everything I needed. He also recommend me some stuff that I should visit and explained to me how I could get to the guest house. His mother was also really nice and even drove me to a nearby attraction. The room was spacious and really comfortable.

The hosts are amicable and kind. They helped me with my luggage and got a taxi on the day I checked out as I had to travel to the intercity bus terminal. It was a lovely and quiet stay at Geoje, and the beach and ferry terminal to visit Oedo were just a throw stone away. There were a few convenience stores and restaurants around.
The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The jacuzzi in the room was great! There was a problem with the reservation, the room that was booked was not the one I chose online. It was clearly a mistake on booking.com's part. Though it was a busy weekend with a lot of tourists in this area, the owners offered us another (bigger) room in their pension.
