The older couple who run the guest house were supper friendly and made a great breakfast for me and my friend to share! We slept great here, even in winter the hanok is warm with the heated floors! This was a great cultural experience right in the middle of the Jeonju Historical Hanoi Village. We couldn’t have asked for a better location!

Hanok Dream, hotel in Jeonju

Hanok Dream provides free Wifi and rooms with air conditioning in Jeonju.

We stayed at Hanok Dream for two nights in late November. It was our first Hanok experience and the most memorable part of our 8-day trip in Korea! As other reviews have pointed out, the location is perfect and the owner is friendly. I can’t say enough great things about the owner, Mr. Choi. We learned that he is a retired banker. He is super organized, attentive, and helpful. After he knew that my wife is a K-drama fan, he immediately marked a few famous filming locations on the map. In addition, there was a water cooler in his office, and it helped a lot for us to get hot drinking water on cold days. His wife is also a friendly lady, and we tried to communicate via the translation apps! This kind of interactions with locals really enriched our experience. We had never slept on the floor before, but we were glad that we got used to it, with the help of extra pillows! I can’t find words to describe the wonder of lying on the heated floor and feeling the heat warming into my body through my back. I guess this is Koreans’ secret to stay healthy! Since we stayed for two nights, we had enough time to visit all the major attractions (and great restaurants and cafes!) without feeling rushed. I especially enjoyed walking around the old town late at night or early in the morning, when the day-trippers were gone and it seemed that you had Jeonju all to yourself! I strongly recommend Hanok Dream! Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Choi! Note: Cash Only

The Blue Cradle, hotel in Jeonju

The Blue Cradle features air-conditioned accommodations in Jeonju. During your time at this recently renovated guest house, dating back to 2014, you'll have access to free Wifi.

My wife and I felt that the house was made with great care and attention by the owner and his wife. They made and pained small props themselves, and even kept diaries for years, capturing the history of the house in them. The house is part of their history and life.

Jeonju Hanok Little Prince, hotel in Jeonju

A few steps from Jeonju Hanok Village in Jeonju, Jeonju Hanok Little Prince offers accommodations with access to a hot tub.

The location is absolutely amazing. It's close to almost every attraction is Jeonju. I never had to take a bus once I arrived. It was so close to everything that I actually would come back to rest between my activities. The owner was very nice and explained everything clearly even using translation apps to make sure I understood. Just realize that the room will be small because of the nature of hanok houses and you will be sleeping on a Korean futon.

Great location to explore the hanok village. The host was very nice and helpful. He gave many good recommendations for visiting the hanok village and went the extra mile in terms of hospitality. The bed is hard but this is normal for hanok stay and room was matching the description and pictures. The garden is very charming.

The host was lovely, able to communicate well and help us with suggestions of places to go and transport bookings. He also surprised our toddlers at the end of the stay with a little parting gift. The hanok is very clean and quiet. The beds were more comfortable than we expected and excellent temperature control with Ac/heater settings. Great location to explore Jeonju on feet and close to eateries.

Comfortable stay with my mother and I, an extra futon was provided in addition to the traditional Yo 요, and we slept well. Great location very close to the central hanok village while also being on a pretty quiet street. Our room was ready when we arrived a couple hours early and our host was accommodating and flexible when we checked in.

Great host that run the place. She was so nice, we came a bit late on a Saturday 1h before closing time of restaurants. we drove up the guest house, she jumped in the back of the car to show us where we could park, took us to a bibimbap restaurant close by, and then waited at the guesthouse until we came back to check us in. Perfect location and nice breakfast :)
