Good value for money. Close to the main restaurants and bar streets, but in a quiet road away from the noise. Lovely and helpful staff. Clean rooms.

The host Anou was the nices person you could meet. She arranged us tuktuks all the time, woke up early to get us breakfast, lend us tools to wash our shoes. She cooks better food than you can find in town. The breakfast was spectacular, filled us for the day. The location was quiet and we could walk to the old market. But if you want, Anou has bikes too.

I had a clean and spacious room with a private bathroom and balcony, fridge and kettle, and an en-suite bathroom. The bed was comfortable and everything worked well. Note the hot water does work if you turn the shower pressure down and give it some time. The location was exactly what I was after, i.e. it was very quiet! It’s a 10min walk to the lively part of town and even closer to the night markets, which was perfect for me. The owner, William, was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Best things in our trip is this accommodation:) All staff are so kind and lovely. They helped us parking our car, keep our room tidy, and give us many recommendations for sightseeing and meals! I would definitely come back here, Aukun!;)

The position is 10 min walking from the center.
The breakfast was good and there was the possibility to do take away in case you have an early morning tour.
If you want to organize a tour to the temple some guys there is also tuktuker and they make a fair price.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The room is spacious. Great WIFI
It's not far from downtown. You can have everything restaurants, pubs...on Sok San Road.
The host is friendly and accommodating during my short stay here.
It was a really good surprise to discover this little jewel in the middle of the city, with a lovely roff terrace , with fridge and hot water.
Really helpful hosts, kind and very polite .
Definitely deserves a 10 this quiet place.
A great place to stay, wonderful hosts, the room is comfortable and cozy, where I was in Siem Reap, I liked it the most here, I will definitely come back again, thank you))))
The manager Ian was one of the kindest and most genuine persons that we have ever met. The place was clean, room was comfy and location is great to visit Angkor and the free Botanical Gardens. Property is very quiet and green. Do bring a good mosquito repellent:) Ask Ian for anything you would like to visit and he will sort it out. 100% Recommended.
The beautiful guesthouse is perfectly located about 10-15min walking distance to the city center but is still located in a quiet area. Rooms are well equipped and exceptionally clean, great bathroom. The host family is super nice and will provide guidance with all your questions. Exceptionally good value for money! Breakfast is simple but very fresh and good :)
Great location, just out of the hectic part of town. Ricardo our host was epic and great company around the bar and our tuck tuck driver and tour guy Manat was super friendly and happy to take us to the local eats.
The hosts were absolutely amazing, very helpful and nice, I really felt at home. Breakfast was always super delicious, included fresh fruit, eggs, noodles, a sandwich... I was also satisfied with the internet connection, it was good enough to have video calls and work.
We really liked our stay at Sothea Homestay, a new structure run by a very lovely family. It is more a guesthouse where you really feel at home sharing the family space.
We enjoyed our comfortable large room, nice bed, good shower. Aircon and fan worked properly. We also liked being close to Siem Reap center but also in a quiet (for the moment, road is new) street.
You can have laundry for a cheap price and well done, you can buy stuff like water on the shop below which are nice added services.
