The pictures do not reflect how cool this place is. The room is great, very big and comfy, massive bed, nice views and clean. The shower is an inexplicable fantasy coming from another dimension.
The hosts are awesome, super friendly and willing to help (laundry for 200 soms). The breakfast was excellent, clearly the best we had during our trip.

Lovely garden with a lovely balcony to sit in. The guest house was very clean, spacious and had a friendly atmosphere. The host was very friendly and welcoming and the food was great. I definitely recommend this guesthouse if travelling to Kochkor!
Amazing guesthouse with superfriendly host. We left our bags here to do a 2day hike without any problem. They make you fresh breakfast in the morning. Best price in Kochkor.

Excellent breakfast served by the warm and friendly owner. The guest house is on a quiet street a few blocks from the city center. Everything you need is a quick walk away. The shower is always hot and soothing. Comfortable room and lots of friendly travelers. The owner's son organized our three day trek by horse to Lake Song kul. The trek was the highlight of our trip in Kyrgyzstan. Organize here!
We have stayed at this place before and after doing the hike to Kol Ukok. The hosts were very kind and offered us a lift in their private car to the start of the hike - which was perfect!
The guesthouse itself can be easily reached by taxi from Kochkor (fair price) - it is just a 10min drive. The room and (shared) bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was big (incl. fresh fruits) and we also booked dinner in addtion to that (500KGS per person). We really enjoyed our stay here!
Clean rooms, nice breakfast, lovely host, you feel home in this little guesthouse. You would appreciate some quiet place to stay and relax after some hiking. I recommend a hundred percent.
