We had a great time staying at this place, the hosts were really helpful and kind, we felt like we were part of a family, lake is 2minutes away from the house. You can get a taxi or marshrutka if you’d like to go to other villages. It’s very quiet area with beautiful sunsets and people.

Nice landscaping, access to the beach. We didn’t have any issues with the host as people mention in other reviews. Breakfast is 500som / person (we didn’t have any) and dinner is also 500som/person and a very large portion.

Quiet, clean and comfortable guest house with included breakfast. The room was very cozy and decorated authentically. It was slightly out of town, but definitely accessible if you don't mind taking a taxi or walking. Very close to barksoon gorge/waterfall area.
We had a wonderful stay! The host is a very lovely lady and she prepared a fantastic dinner and breakfast for us. I was especially impressed that she considered that I do not eat animal products and it was no problem for her at all to prepare very delicious vegan meals. The view is absolutely stunning and the location is overall very idyllic. The communication with the host was quick and uncomplicated. We would definitely recommend staying in this guesthouse :)

Beautiful old house. We loved the local architecture, very quiet place with a big garden. The lady who owns the guesthouse speaks very well English. Very good breakfast.

- Altough the location is a bit far from Barskoon center, it is also an advantage as the environment is very calm, at the bottom of mountains.
