Super clean and modern. I was so surprised with the place when we arrived as it was much nicer then the photos. Staff spoke beautiful english and very nice. Was a real treat to come back to the nice cold air con after being out and about in the heat. We were also very surprised that the mattresses had a remote control recline.

I loved the old classical japanese house architecture. The accomodation was perfectly clean, equipped (the kitchen had everything needed, as well as the bathroom), beds and futons were comfortable.

The hostess at the front desk was very helpful and explained everything at check-in. Excellent communal facilities with washer, dryer, nice showers with great water pressure, tea, fridges, basic kitchen, and free draft beer!
If you are on a budget, they have very nice private rooms or dormitory style rooms that are well equipped.

The place is near the train station and popular street but quiet as it behind the busy street. The staff is very nice and the decoration is traditional Japanese. The room is very warm and equipped with Tea/Coffee machine. Very recommended.
