The host is a friendly and lovely lady who does her best to keep the guest house clean and running smoothly. She lived in a house next door and seemed to rather overwhelmed running the guest house by herself.
We liked our room, though it was snug with our three futons and bags. We stayed two rainy nights.

I liked the free dinner and breakfast, made me feel like at home directly, and the warm welcome too 😊
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The host is a lovely lady. She doesn't speak any english but helped us with dinner and grocery suggestions. She really makes an effort to make you comfortable. She also provided toast and jam, as well as coffee/tea for breakfast. Towels were also provided and the beds were comfortable. It was also nice having an angled ladder to the top bunks rather than the vertical ladders we have found in many other hostels/guesthouses.
The host is very kind and friendly. We have some welcoming biscuit and snacks. Although she don't speak English, she still explain everything patiently with google translate and body language. We ride a bike to arrive the guest house. The day we arrived rain heavily and the host gave us some towel for cleaning. She let us store the bike and wet clothes in her garage.
Mari Eren is a really helpful and kind host. She was in contact with me during my stay, recommended a fantastic restaurant and prepared me a tasty lunch the day I left.
A tiny guesthouse with comfy and clean rooms. Japanese service is always perfect !
Recommended for a short stay !
