The lady I checked in with was very kind and polite. She also answered messages I'd sent that day very promptly.

Location was fairly accessible via public transport. We quite liked how the rooms were very nicely decorated and there were a lot of toys for children. It come with all the standard amenities of an apartment so if u are looking to stay to cook for example, it is possible.

It’s so beautiful, warm and charming!!
