The Guest House was everything it promised. A warm and welcoming place, a lovely host who was very supportive and very comfortable beddings. Though our time was very short there, we enjoyed it very much and keep it as a special memory.

Everything. The bed was so comfortable and you'll get good value for your money !
Mino is a gem, unless you been there before. The bus stop is just outside the door, if you don't have your own wheels. The old couple who runs the Guesthouse is so kind and helpful. If I was to go to Mino again, this would be my choice of accommodation, every time.

The guest house is really good and the personnel is really nice ! They even helped us dealing with our luggage and offer to get us to the train station by car. And they even helped us with the local Post company (which is nearby). The room was clean, we had everything we needed. You will be in the suburbs of the city, but it's nice to walk across bridges and farm fields.

Peace and tranquility or the location. Host gave us excellent restaurant recommendations for authentic, fresh and delicious meals.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Our stay felt very much like returning home and we were always welcome to ask if we needed something. It was wonderful getting to know Chris and staying in the guest house!
The host is super kind. House is near the bus stop, family mart and big drug store. Mega don quijote is also like 20mins walk from the guest house. We got free earrings made by his wife, they're cute and kids like them. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay there. They have everything you need. Comfy place. If i were to go back to gifu i'd definitly stay again here.
The host is amazing and even though we only book the room last minute for a night, he took the time to meet us the day after with egg sandwiches and a paddle board. He is very knowledgeable about the spots to visit in the region and we spend the day walking around in Seki city and the surrounding mountains thanks to his advice.
I'd definitely recommend, highlight of our trip so far.
I stayed here en route and it was very convenient. I visited the Seki Sword Museum and several shrines in the area on foot from the hotel, only 10-15 minute walk. The car park was large and check-in was smooth and easy. The indoor onsen was small but clean and very welcome after a day driving. There was a code for the women's onsen which I was given at check-in and was very easy to use. The room was a decent size, quiet and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was a small but delicious buffet.
A cosy room/house and in convenient, yet very quiet area. There are some shops nearby like super-sento(large scale public bath), supermarket, 24h convenience store and pharmacy.
The house is decorated by mixture of Japanese and UK taste.
