What a wonderful stay!
The house is nice, with well equipped bathroom and a good bed.
A 10 minutes walk from the nearest station, and a bus stop around the corner.

Also, they know the best places around.

The guesthouse is ALWAYS clean and couldn’t be closer to the Nishiarai station (it’s literally around the corner)!
You can come and go as you please. (Really convenient if you like to party).
You also have a MegaDonki around the corner which is super convenient for whatever you need to buy. (From basic toothbrush kits to an additional luggage if you bought too many things).
And the owner is adorable!!

Beautiful, very clean space! All of the rooms and spaces, including the bathrooms, were spotless.
The space felt especially warm and homey during the daylight hours (sun!), and I appreciated the variety of lighting options (from very bright, to dim and warm) at night.
Really appreciated having snacks on arrival a long international flight.
Laundry machine worked great.

This accommodation's hosts are nothing but the most thoughtful and caring! They are so easy to approach and replies quickly when anything is needed. Their guesthouse is so clean and comfy and got everything you need, you can easily feel at home. OK Hashiba is less than a minute walk away, so convenient. It's also very near the Sumida Park and river. Tokyo Skytree can be clearly seen from the accommodation room's windows. We loved our stay so much!
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
