Great location. It was easy to check in using the self service tablet. The bunk beds in the rooms were made looked clean. I liked the lounge area, it was a shame there were not any people to share a conversation with

Overall, the stay was pleasant. It was basically an old Japanese house remodeled as an inn. Staff were helpful and mostly spoke Japanese. There were three private baths for which guests can book slots. The water was however not hot enough.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
Hotel was booked as a cheap overnight stay on route to another destination. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Language barrier was no problem even though we spoke no Japanese and they only had odd words of English. Breakfast was basic but acceptable.
Great location, clean and comfortable, great amenities, hotel onsen was terrific, one of the best we had experienced. There was even a view of Fuji from the outside onsen
Quiet location about 10 minute walk from Kofu Station. We enjoyed the free ice cream and noodles. This hotel has a Men's and Women's spa at an extra charge, so quite busy on the weekend with locals using the onsen. However, the hotel was quiet and the staff were super friendly, like most Japanese hotels. The wifi work well.
Great location and comfortable sleeping accommodations. Nice to have a private bathroom per dorm room. Able to lock my luggage at the entrance while I hiked Mount Kitadake.
Location is very convenient to the station. There's also a conbini very close by. Rooms are small, but because they each have only four beds, it gives you more privacy as compared to some larger dormitory-style hostels. Check in by tablet was convenient despite arriving later in the evening.
