The room we used was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed for our stay.
The communication with staff from the very start of the booking was very quick and answered any questions we had.
We were travelling by car and very helpfully a photograph was sent to identify exactly where to park.
Excellent service from friendly staff was provided throughout our stay.
The location is convenient for the airport so not far to travel after a long flight - although our satnav helped us get a little lost.

This guesthouse is awesome! It was my first night in Japan, I was a bit stressed because I was a bit late, and I didn't know the city at all, I arrived after 9pm. But Yuri was so nice to me! She let a key, a little note with everything explained. The room was so charming, really clean, and you have everything you could need at your disposal. Thank you so much, and I will do my best to come back to Osaka and be able to meet you!

The hostess was so lovely and kind! All of our needs were accommodated for and the attention to detail was clear. The room was cool and air conditioned when we arrived and the hostess helped us plan our travel arrangements. The room was beautiful too and felt very authentic to Japan.

We arrived very late, minutes before 11 pm. The host was waiting for us and was very understanding and kind. He showed us to our room and washroom. The room was comfortable and the facilities were very clean. Great choice for a night's stay before an early flight! The train to the airport is a few minutes walk and very easy to find.

Booked this place last minute as my flight was delayed. I was very happy, its very easy to get there from the Airport. Close to the train station.
