It was an accommodation in Japanese traditional family house style. Many parts were made of wood and I liked that smell and the feel.

It is not a new house but It was clean, and the private bunk bed made of wood with the fan was very comfortable.
Somehow there was a very comforting atmosphere in that facility by the family own place. And the family was easy going, nice and friendly.

I was very thankful for the property hosts. They were always willing to provide wonderful recommendations. Also, they helped enhance the community-oriented nature of the accomodation when gathering with myself and the other guests at the dinner table.

Our hosts were really helpful despite the language barrier. They introduced us to a wonderful nearby local restaurant when we forgot to book for our meal in the first evening. The served the most amazing dinners specializing in local Ishigaki beef and on another evening a special Okinawa dinner. We feel very privileged to have experienced such exceptional cooking and quality of food. It was a real treat.

Amazing hospitality- wonderful hosts who helped us when we were struggling to get to the airport by giving us a ride themselves. Delicious food with fresh local ingredients, steps to Kabira Bay, with a clean, spacious and well equipped room!
The apartment is located close to Kabira Bay and Sukuji Beach. Despite the fact that the hosts only know a few words in English, they were friendly and did their best to make me feel at home. Upon request they prepare breakfast or dinner for the guests. The meals were very tasty and in rich supply. The room and bathroom were clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. Many thanks.
Our stay was great. The location, the food and our hosts was all great. They provided us with bikes and snorkels so we explored the island. Will come back for sure!
